Description
As a Business Analytics Lead within PNC's Technology organization, you will drive the governance, quality, analytics, and continuous improvement of IT asset and configuration data. You'll act as a strategic liaison between technology, operations, asset management, architecture, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate, reliable, and actionable data across the IT ecosystem. Key responsibilities include leading data governance initiatives, developing executive dashboards, partnering with various teams to improve data quality, analyzing trends, providing actionable insights, supporting CMDB certification, driving adoption of IT capabilities, translating technical data into business insights, and identifying automation opportunities.
