The Cloud People is hiring an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developer to design, configure, develop, and support ServiceNow IT Operations Management solutions for clients. The role covers Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Health Log Analytics, CMDB, CSDM, workflows, integrations, automation, troubleshooting, and deployment activities. Candidates need at least two years of ServiceNow development experience, strong ITOM and platform development knowledge, REST and SOAP integration experience, and fluency in English and Portuguese.
