Description
iTech AG is hiring a ServiceNow ITOM/ITAM Senior Developer to serve as the technical lead on a federal customer engagement focused on CMDB stabilization and governance, SAM Pro re-deployment, ITSM process automation, and platform governance. The role owns hands-on CMDB remediation, service-model rebuilding, SAM governance, integration and automation development, platform upgrades, performance optimization, defect resolution, and mentorship, while working primarily in Dev and Test environments with limited Production access. The position requires at least six years of ServiceNow development experience, three years of ITOM experience, a bachelor’s degree, and specified ServiceNow certifications.
