The ServiceNow Lead Developer will design, develop, customize, and govern scalable ITSM solutions focused on Change and Release Management. The role covers ServiceNow scripting, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, CMDB-driven change impact analysis, release pipelines, deployment strategies, CAB workflows, rollback and risk mitigation, and DevOps/CI-CD integrations. It requires hands-on coding and configuration, proven Change and Release module ownership, and mandatory ServiceNow CSA and CIS–ITSM certifications.
