Description
The ServiceNow Now Assist Developer will design and implement ServiceNow Now Assist capabilities, including Virtual Agent, conversational AI, AI-powered search, experience flows, case and incident summaries, and productivity tools. The role also integrates Now Assist with ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and HRSD modules, develops intelligent workflows and automation frameworks, and performs broader ServiceNow development, API integrations, and CMDB maintenance. The position is available in Dallas, Texas or Bridgewater, New Jersey, with full-time or C2H compensation of $120,000 per annum or $60 per hour on a C2C basis.
