CACI is hiring a full-time ServiceNow Platform Administrator to support a Department of Defense customer in implementing and operating an enterprise IT service delivery model, including IT service management, service desk, and endpoint management. The role manages self-hosted ServiceNow instances, platform architecture, patching, updates, production support, troubleshooting, documentation, and agile release activities, with on-site work in Chantilly, Virginia five days per week and up to 25% travel across the Continental United States. The position requires 12+ years of relevant experience, a Secret clearance, DoD compliance, and at least one ServiceNow certification.
