Required Previous Experiences: Proven experience working as a ServiceNow Platform Architect within large, complex environments
Strong expertise across ServiceNow modules including Information Technology Service Management, Configuration Management Database, and integrations
Solid understanding of integration approaches such as Representational State Transfer application programming interfaces and event-based architectures
Experience supporting cloud architecture, security and resilience frameworks within enterprise environments
Strong ability to connect business needs with technology solutions in a structured, collaborative way
Experience working in regulated environments such as banking or financial services
Preferred Qualifications: Oversee platform design standards, helping teams collaborate and maintain consistent, inclusive and effective solutions
Support solution design reviews, guiding data models and integration approaches to ensure strong, dependable outcomes
Coordinate integration design across systems, ensuring secure, scalable and connected workflows that support business needs
Strengthen platform resilience by supporting performance, security and operational continuity requirements
Work closely with stakeholders to support innovation, automation and continuous improvement across the platform
