Exiger is hiring a ServiceNow Platform Manager for a full-time, fully remote role in the United States. The position owns the ServiceNow platform’s strategy, governance, architecture, administration, development lifecycle, integrations, upgrades, security, performance, and operational excellence. The manager will configure and customize TPSM, SPM, and SOM modules, automate workflows, align the platform with business goals, and mentor administrators and developers. Preferred certifications include ServiceNow CSA and ITIL, with CIS and CAD certifications optional.
