The ServiceNow Platform Ops Engineer will administer and maintain production and non-production ServiceNow environments, monitor platform health and performance, manage configurations, plugins, integrations, and features, coordinate environment cloning and validation, and lead operational support, incident management, and platform upgrades. The role is contract-based and remote, with a pay range of $68.00-$78.00 per hour, and requires experience in system administration, platform operations, IT service management, release management, and integration and plugin administration.
