Description
The MTA IT ServiceNow Platform Technology, Tech & Engineering Fellow is an onsite internship at 333 West 34th Street, New York, New York. The role supports ServiceNow platform configuration, catalog items, forms, workflows, testing, documentation, governance, and small supervised enhancements while learning ServiceNow concepts. It begins in Spring 2027 and requires a minimum 12-month commitment. The hourly rate is $21.00 for undergraduate students and $23.00 for graduate students. Applicants must be matriculated in an undergraduate or graduate program in good standing, have relevant coursework or projects, and be authorized to work in the United States.
