AHEAD is hiring a ServiceNow Principal Technical Consultant focused on AI and agentic capabilities. The role leads complex client programs, architects and deploys AI-powered ServiceNow solutions, designs integrations with LLMs and enterprise systems, guides workshops and demos, advises customers on AI governance and ROI, and contributes to pre-sales and thought leadership. The consultant must be an experienced ServiceNow subject matter expert with AI/automation expertise, strong development and integration skills, and the ability to travel up to 15%.
