AHEAD is hiring a ServiceNow Principal Technical Consultant to architect, design, develop, and deploy complex ServiceNow solutions, lead project teams and cross-functional programs, drive integration and consultative services, and serve as a technical escalation point for customers and senior stakeholders. The role requires ServiceNow platform expertise, development skills, integration knowledge, strong communication and presentation abilities, and relevant security, compliance, or audit experience; CIS certifications and CRISC, CISSP, or Certified Auditor credentials are preferred.
