NewRocket is hiring a ServiceNow Software Engineer with ITSM experience to lead, coach, and mentor a team of Software Engineers delivering professional services for customers. The role involves gathering ITSM requirements, customizing ServiceNow applications, configuring workflows and work orders, integrating ServiceNow with other systems via REST/SOAP, supporting CMDB and event-management work, maintaining update sets and documentation, and remediating production incidents. Candidates need at least three years of ServiceNow implementation, administration, configuration, or development experience across two or more capabilities, strong ITSM and integration experience, ServiceNow scripting knowledge, and an undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
