NewRocket is hiring a Senior ServiceNow Software Engineer - TSM/OMT to develop customer applications for work order management, scheduling, and dispatch. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, enhancing ServiceNow event rules, working with technical SMEs, and developing interfaces and integrated logic using REST APIs. Required experience includes TSM/OMT, ServiceNow discovery and service mapping, credential-based and credentialless discovery, MID server management, command-line service mapping, identification rules, and multi-tier service discovery.
