Description
AHEAD is hiring a Senior Technical Consultant focused on AI capabilities to own end-to-end AI-enabled solutions on the ServiceNow Now Platform, including Now Assist skills, AI Agents, predictive models, AI Search, and data foundations. The role combines hands-on development, delivery governance, client and internal stakeholder leadership, responsible-AI guardrails, defect resolution, and mentoring of junior developers. It also requires leading AI delivery across at least one additional product suite and building reusable accelerators. The position requires 6+ years of ServiceNow experience, strong platform and applied-AI expertise, advanced JavaScript and Glide API skills, and a collaborative, measurement-driven approach.
