Description
AHEAD is hiring a Senior Technical Consultant – ServiceNow to customize and configure ServiceNow applications, lead scalable solution delivery, translate client requirements into development activities, perform integrations and scripting, conduct workshops and demos, and mentor junior developers. The role requires at least six years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong ITSM, CSM, and integration expertise, and experience with additional ServiceNow modules such as HRSD or GRC.
