Description

CACI is hiring a full-time ServiceNow Software Trainer to support an All Spark ServiceNow software development team. The role involves developing training plans and materials, delivering online and face-to-face training for ServiceNow ITSM and IT Service Catalog, and supporting user adoption during and after a software build. Candidates must hold an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, have at least three years of enterprise IT or ITSM experience, and meet the stated education and experience requirements. Additional Information

Minimum Education: University degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience, with at least five years of related work experience
Required Previous Experiences: At least 3 years of experience in an enterprise IT or ITSM environment
Experience writing detailed and simple user guides and manuals
Experience demonstrating hardware and software to technical and non-technical audiences
Experience training hardware and software in Windows environments
Experience setting up test environments, executing test cases, and tracking defects
Experience defining acceptance criteria and coordinating acceptance testing
Experience creating and executing test plans and procedures
Experience developing performance test scripts, scenarios, and monitors
Experience coordinating automation testing across multiple teams and integration projects
Preferred Qualifications: Experience developing and delivering CBT and video tutorials
Two years of technical hardware and software training experience
Two years of experience writing user guides and manuals
Experience demonstrating in hands-on or lecture settings
Knowledge of Agile Development Methodology
