Ampcus Inc. is hiring a full-time ServiceNow Solutions Architect in Chantilly, Virginia, with a hybrid work arrangement. The role requires extensive ServiceNow solutions architecture experience across ITSM, HR, CSM, and SPM modules, including prototype development, requirements analysis, roadmap management, executive reporting, multi-vendor collaboration, and user troubleshooting. The architect will support clients and SNOW Program Managers with solution assessments, intake tracking, recommendations, and guidance on ServiceNow functionality.
