Description
ICF is hiring a ServiceNow SPM/ITFM Solution Architect to design and configure Strategic Portfolio Management and IT Financial Management capabilities for a federal client. The role covers portfolio governance, investment lifecycle visibility, resource and capacity planning, budget and cost tracking, reporting, Power BI integration, AI-enabled decision support, and coordination with FDIC stakeholders and existing ServiceNow partners to support platform adoption and long-term self-sufficiency. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least five years of ServiceNow configuration and implementation experience, including SPM and/or IT Financial Management.
