NTT DATA is hiring a Senior ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to work remotely with occasional travel in Plano, Texas. The role combines ServiceNow business process consulting with business analysis, including process workshops, requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, test planning, UAT, go-live support, client training, and stakeholder engagement across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM. Candidates need 5 to 7 years of ServiceNow consulting experience, 5+ years of business analysis experience, relevant ServiceNow certifications, and Agile/Scrum experience.
