Datacom is hiring a ServiceNow Technical Consultant on a contractor basis within its New Zealand ServiceNow Practice. The role designs, configures, integrates, tests, deploys, documents, and supports ServiceNow solutions across modules such as ITSM, CSM, HRSD, CMDB, workflow automation, and related platform capabilities. It involves customer consulting, requirements gathering, architecture, project workstream leadership, UAT coordination, technical documentation, pre-sales support, and continuous learning. The position is ideally based in Wellington, Auckland, Christchurch, Hamilton, or Tauranga, with flexible remote and in-person working arrangements.
