Datacom is hiring a ServiceNow Technical Consultant on a contractor basis within its ServiceNow Practice in New Zealand. The role designs, configures, integrates, tests, deploys, documents, and supports ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, CMDB, workflow automation, and related platform capabilities. It involves customer consulting, requirements gathering, architecture, project workstream leadership, UAT coordination, technical documentation, pre-sales support, and continuous improvement. The preferred work locations are Wellington, Auckland, Christchurch, Hamilton, or Tauranga, with flexible remote and in-person arrangements.
