Description
The Arizona State Agency is hiring a remote ServiceNow Technical Lead to serve as the primary technical owner of a ServiceNow implementation for its AtoZ Arizona citizen-services portal. The role oversees platform quality, performance, scalability, technical backlog management, architecture and workflow validation, vendor development teams, upgrades, releases, modernization, and compliance with accessibility, security, and state technology standards. It requires at least five years of hands-on ServiceNow technical experience, strong architecture and scripting skills, and experience overseeing external technical partners. The position is contract-to-hire for one year, eligible for full-time conversion, pays up to $54.00 per hour, and requires candidates to be in Pacific or Mountain time zones.
