The role involves coordinating customer projects, preparing BOMs from schematic and wiring diagrams, creating technical documents and quotes in M3, reviewing specifications for design and technical errors, and supporting services and solutions development. The position requires strong customer service, numeracy, project-process knowledge, Excel, M3, and product-range knowledge, with no formal qualifications required.
