Description
The Workforce Services Coordinator supports organizational staff and workforce programming by screening applicants, coordinating orientation and policy training, reviewing participant files and timesheets, managing corrective-action documentation, processing check requests, coordinating job fairs, and maintaining records and reports. The role requires a high school diploma, preferably a bachelor's degree, nonprofit or community-clinic experience, MS Office and Google Suite proficiency, strong communication skills, a flexible schedule, and a valid California driver's license. The salary range is $24.04-$27.00.
