The Services Coordinator- Dispatch manages low-voltage and telephony service calls and project work by receiving, prioritizing, scheduling, and coordinating field technicians, customers, vendors, and internal teams. The role supports emergency response, SLA compliance, service records, resource allocation, and escalation of critical issues. It is an on-site position in Jonesboro, Arkansas, with hourly pay of $16 to $18 based on experience and benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off.
