Description
Litify is hiring a Services Engagement Manager to support and optimize the sale, tracking, and delivery of professional services. The individual contributor will collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Delivery, RevOps, Finance, and other teams to scope and create service proposals, manage Salesforce workflows and reporting, maintain SOWs and standard operating procedures, support resource planning and project setup, and improve service delivery operations. The role is fully remote for employees outside New York City and New Jersey, with hybrid work required for employees in those areas.
