Periferia IT Group is hiring a Services Manager to oversee IT staffing and outsourcing services, ensure service quality and timelines, monitor compliance indicators, manage corrective actions, and act as the strategic contact for client expectations. The role requires a technical qualification in administrative careers or related disciplines, more than three years of IT staffing or outsourcing experience, and advanced knowledge of social security, medical leave, vacation, onboarding, and personnel and client management. It is a hybrid position in Lima, Peru, with a six-month fixed-term contract and negotiable salary.
