Description
The Services Manager/Engineer - Mechanical leads the client-side mechanical and hydraulic services workstream for hyperscale and mission-critical data-centre projects from concept through procurement, construction, commissioning and handover. The role coordinates designers, contractors, OEMs and commissioning providers; provides technical assurance for cooling, hydraulic, in-ground, liquid-cooling and controls systems; leads modular and off-site delivery; and manages technical, programme and commercial risks. It requires 10+ years of relevant mechanical and hydraulic services delivery experience, data-centre or mission-critical infrastructure experience, and a degree in mechanical or building services engineering or a related discipline.
