The role oversees maintenance-plan scheduling and fulfillment, coordinates qualified personnel, tools, spare parts, and labor, supports autonomous maintenance and technical training, and follows up on third-party work. Candidates should be advanced students or graduates in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or Foreign Trade, have 1 to 2 years of similar experience, and possess advanced Excel skills; SAP and Power BI knowledge are preferred.
