Description
The Services Programme Manager (PgM) is a hybrid role based in Cologne that owns strategic client-facing and internal programmes and projects. The position manages plans, dependencies, risks, budgets, stakeholders, service-level agreements, incident and change management, profitability reporting, and operational improvements while serving as a senior advisor to clients and a representative of the Services team. It may also supervise other services project managers and coach junior staff. The role requires bilingual German and English proficiency, senior project management and service delivery experience, ITIL and software engineering knowledge, account-management experience, and PgMP or related certification.
