The role manages new and existing accounts, develops tailored solutions, forecasts sales, maintains CRM pipelines, collaborates with service and key-account teams, and conducts customer visits and site assessments with at least 50% travel. Candidates need an electrical engineering degree, 1–2 years of sales or commercial experience, field-service or commissioning experience, electrical-systems knowledge, and fluency in Polish and English.
