Description
The NEXCOM Services Specialist serves as an enterprise-level services specialist for one or more Navy Exchange services businesses, including optical, flower, video rental, laundry, dry cleaning, barbers, beauticians, tailoring, automotive, gas, and other services. The role develops policies and operating procedures, prepares operational reviews and business plans, manages pricing, inventory, procurement, vendor relationships, financial analysis, equipment and facility planning, training, and service programs, and conducts field-exchange visits to assess operational effectiveness. The position requires 7 years of relevant experience in administrative, merchandising, technical, procurement, services, retail, or related work.
