The role supervises Services Technicians, trains and evaluates staff, manages schedules and customer work orders, performs onsite troubleshooting and installations, maintains safety and quality standards, and handles material handling and documentation. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, fluent English, basic and advanced math skills, five years of relevant experience, physical ability to work in South Alabama, and the ability to travel to customer sites.
