Weir is hiring a Services Supervisor in Arequipa, Peru, to oversee technical support, equipment monitoring, field service execution, commissioning, quotations, maintenance reporting, and resource planning for mining customers. The role is primarily field-based, requiring travel across mining units in southern Peru, and includes responsibility for team safety and customer equipment performance. Candidates need a relevant engineering bachelor's degree, at least three years supervising maintenance operations in mining or concentrator plants, experience with pumps, motors, gearboxes/reducers and Warman slurry equipment or similar, plus a valid A1 driver's license and driving history.
