Dayforce is hiring a remote HCM Technical Services Consultant to support client implementations by translating client requirements into flat-file specifications, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, reviewing mapping documents, analyzing export files, identifying risks, and managing end-to-end delivery of benefits, COBRA, payroll contribution, and HR demographic files. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of human capital management consulting experience, strong client and project management skills, and familiarity with HCM business practices and SaaS/HRIS systems.
