Dayforce is hiring a remote HCM Technical Services Consultant to support client implementations by translating client requirements into flat-file specifications, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, reviewing mapping documents, analyzing export files, identifying risks, and managing end-to-end delivery of benefits, COBRA, payroll contribution, and HR demographic files. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of human capital management consulting experience, strong client and project management skills, and familiarity with HCM business practices and SaaS or cloud HRIS systems.
