Description
Wabtec is recruiting participants for its Services Technical Excellence Program (STEP), a three-year rotational program combining technical, business, and leadership training with rotations in areas such as Field Technical Services, Material Management, Remote Monitoring and Diagnostics, Project Management, and Product Development. Participants must have a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, be willing to travel or relocate within the United States, work in a shop environment, and be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. The program includes rotations in locations including Fort Worth, Texas; Erie, Pennsylvania; Grove City, Pennsylvania; Kansas City, Missouri; Chicago, Illinois; Selkirk, New York; Cumberland, Maryland; Galesburg, Illinois; and Lincoln, Nebraska. The disclosed salary range is $76,500 to $84,250, with health, welfare, retirement, and potential annual bonus benefits.
