Wabtec is hiring a Maintenance Manager in Roza, Uttar Pradesh, to lead and provide technical guidance for maintenance and warranty support of 4500 HP and 6000 HP locomotives. The role plans and executes scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, heavy maintenance, and wreck repair; manages warranty claims, diagnostics, investigations, root-cause analysis, technical reports, repair protocols, documentation, and customer interfaces; and ensures compliance with EHS, local regulations, and customer safety policies. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least 12 years of applicable locomotive or rolling-stock maintenance operations experience, IT planning and execution experience, and willingness to work across shifts in 24x7 operations.
