TLC Solutions is hiring a full-time Services Technician for its Langley pod. The role provides frontline IT support, initial triage of client requests, onsite support, documentation, system troubleshooting, and escalation. Candidates need at least three years of IT support or education, two years of customer service, and the ability to work independently while traveling to the office and client sites. Preferred qualifications include networking and Microsoft certifications, Windows Server and Microsoft 365 experience, a Class 5 driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
