Description
The Technical Support Engineer will accept, analyze and coordinate technical inquiries, advise installation companies on inverter, energy storage, electric-vehicle-charging and other renewable-energy systems, diagnose issues remotely, manage RMA and ticket workflows, prepare technical documentation, analyze recurring problems and improve service processes, and support partners and project managers. The role requires technical-service experience, knowledge of electrical systems, client and partner communication, analytical problem-solving, English proficiency, and the ability to work in a team. It is based in Vilnius, offers a hybrid work model after the probationary period, and includes training and professional development opportunities.
