The Session Checker reviews and verifies service sessions, documentation, and related records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance. The role identifies missing or inconsistent information, coordinates corrections with clinical, scheduling, administrative, and billing teams, tracks verification status, supports audits and quality-control reviews, and monitors recurring documentation issues. The position requires strong attention to detail, data-entry accuracy, communication skills, spreadsheet and database proficiency, and the ability to handle confidential information; a bachelor's degree and 1–2+ years of relevant healthcare or behavioral-health experience are preferred. The role offers work-from-home or location-of-choice flexibility and requires specified internet, computer, webcam, headset, and home-office equipment.
