Description
The SET Factory Support Engineer manages supplier-quality escalations affecting factory operations, leads cross-functional containment and recovery efforts, and develops material-recovery plans to protect manufacturing output and customer shipments. The role requires an engineering degree or equivalent, at least 8 years of industrial experience in manufacturing engineering, operations, or quality assurance, and strong technical judgment, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Preferred qualifications include hands-on manufacturing-process experience, structured data-driven problem solving, and the ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and material specifications. The role may be performed under an on-site Flex or Virtual Flex hybrid model.
