Description
The SET Factory Support Engineer manages supplier-quality escalations affecting factory operations, leads cross-functional containment and recovery efforts, and develops material-recovery plans to protect manufacturing output and customer shipments. The role requires an engineering degree or equivalent, at least five years of industrial experience in manufacturing engineering, operations, or quality assurance, and strong technical judgment, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Preferred qualifications include hands-on manufacturing-process experience, structured data-driven problem solving, and the ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and material specifications. The role may follow an on-site flex or virtual flex work model.
