Description
The AV Set-up reports to the Team Leader and is responsible for meeting production and maintenance requirements, completing manufacturing work orders, performing machine repairs and adjustments, changing tooling, conducting inspections and problem solving, handling materials, completing mold changes, preparing paperwork, and supporting TPM activities. The role requires a high school degree or GED, at least one year of manufacturing experience, teamwork ability, and strong mechanical aptitude.
