Description
The Set-up Operator will change over and start up blow extrusion machines and associated downstream equipment used in plastic-bottle production, ensuring process stability and product quality. The role also involves proposing improvements to optimize changeovers and the blowing process, filling in as a production operator when staff are short, and working a rotating morning-day schedule. Candidates need higher secondary education in plastics processing or a technical field, an interest in automated processes, strong responsibility and safety awareness, hands-on problem-solving, fluent Dutch, and willingness to learn.
