Georgia-Pacific is hiring a Set-Up Team Supervisor in Janesville, Wisconsin to lead a three-shift team of approximately 13 set-up technicians. The role reports to the Maintenance Manager and oversees repeatable accuracy during tool changes, signoffs, safety practices, thermoforming tooling installation, machine setup and inspection, troubleshooting, quality specifications, and documentation. The supervisor will coach and mentor technicians, identify production reliability issues, and communicate findings to leadership. Basic qualifications include manufacturing maintenance and leadership experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and experience with computerized maintenance management systems, set-up operations, or thermoforming and extrusion.
