Description
The Injection Molding Maintenance Technician supports injection-molding production by troubleshooting and repairing equipment, changing hoppers and grinders, performing mold and equipment changeovers, monitoring production readiness, maintaining a clean maintenance area, and assisting with material changeovers and special projects. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, injection-molding experience, forklift experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to use a handheld propane torch; it also requires enrollment in an apprenticeship program and on-call availability for equipment failures outside normal working hours.
