Description
The Set Up Technician supports the dealership service department by assembling and setting up equipment, performing pre-delivery inspections, preparing vehicles and equipment for customer delivery, assisting service technicians, maintaining the shop and tools, documenting diagnostics and repairs, and following safety procedures. The role requires experience with vehicles, tools, equipment, basic computer functions, teamwork, and communication; a high school diploma or equivalent experience, a valid driver’s license, and an adequate toolset are required, while an associate degree and forklift license are preferred.
