Description
Nemera is hiring an APU Setter to start up, operate, and perform Level 1 Total Productive Maintenance on injection molding and assembly equipment, including packaging molded and/or assembled components. The role includes visual product inspection, machine startup and shutdown, alarm response, mold handling, material and color changes, traceability documentation, line clearances, LOTO, and participation in Lean and continuous-improvement activities. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience is required, along with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk 90% of the shift, and meet vision-testing requirements. The position pays $25.00–$40.00 USD per hour and runs 12 hours per day for 223 days from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
